The secret ingredient is ego: "Best Falafel on the Whole Planet"

I went to Christo's for the first time today and HOLY SHIT was I blown away. At $10, it seems a little pricey at first until you taste it. Out of this world! There's no menu. You just walk up and he makes you food. It's different every day depending on what's in season/what the freshest ingredients are that he can find. Today, my meal consisted of sauteed arugula, rice (which was cooked with something that made it a pinkish red color (there were a few pieces of an apple-like fruit mixed in), Belgian endive, garlic sauce, falafel, pita and super tender, perfectly spiced grilled chicken. Totally worth the wait and the money. Check it.
